If you are homeless you can go to a shelter that is open, or they're some hotels that stay open and let people get out of the bad weather. If you are on the side of the rode in your car the best thing to do is to get out and find a ditch. Once you have found a ditch get inside it lay on your belly and cover your head. If there is a tornado and you are on the rode and the tornado is far and traffic is light you can if wanted to drive to the nearest shelter.
